Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa

Beautiful property in lovely grounds, located right on the beach and just a few minutes drive from Benaulim. Lovely chilled pool area and really great spa. Fantastic service from all staff.

I found the menus in the restaurants all a little same-y, would be great to have more variety. I also thought they could do more with the lobster restaurant for eg, open in the day time as it’s in a lovely location right on the beach.

I visited with family and we were taken care very well, excellent experience during check-in. Sidharth has took care of us. During our stay he kept on checking our well-being. Truly appreciate.

Most enjoyable stay in one of finest resorts with excellent landscape & space! All the staff were very professional & welcoming. Used to love staying here , the hotel is now one big wedding venue and forget anything else as that’s where the money is. Literally it’s an Indian wedding resort now, driving the western market out of town which the local bars & restaurants needed . Whilst I understand diversifying your market after covid , we and many of the British market will sadly not return. As you walk around the perimeter of the hotel the rubbish and sewage plants are poorly addressed , Taj exotica you have successfully ruined the resort for the local businesses

We had the pleasure of enjoying a lunch buffet at Sala da Pranzo, Taj Exotica Resort, with my family. The quality of the food was excellent, and the dessert selection was particularly impressive. I would like to extend a special mention to 'Mrs. Mohika', who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. From a warm welcome to attentive assistance until the end of our meal, her professionalism and hospitality greatly enhanced our dining experience. We truly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the restaurant.

Brilliant stay. Stayed two nights using my Epicure vouchers. (i consider Epicure as the best value hotel membership in India) Taj hospitality although pretty good lacks in one major detail compared to Oberois and that is personalized attention. This time was different especially due to two members of the staff. One was Mr. Cleto Pereira the Sales Director who was super courteous at check in and remembered to offer us a much better room on the second night as we had requested, also made sure to check on on us later during the stay. The other was this lovely girl, Linda at the Lobster Village restaurant who was exceptional at her job with immense knowledge of Goan cuisine and recommendations. Another person who i would like to mention is Mr. Siddharth the duty manager who was pleasant and made a call on departure to make sure that our stay went well and for feedback. Overall I would rate Taj Exotica as the most sprawling beach resort in Goa. Massive lush lawns and a most delightfully upgraded and redone swimming pool area. This was my fifth time in the resort and it looks the best it ever did. Best wishes and a big thank you.
