Pleasant stay. Best part was Taj Kids. Narmin Barkatali is just amazing with kids. She keeps engaged kids throughout all the activities.

Food options can be improved.

We stayed at Taj exotica mid-march for a short family vacation with kid. The resort is beautiful. There's a golf course, lots of greenery and direct beach access. The rooms are spacious and clean. In the morning, we could hear the ocean and waves and loved the silence early morning. The pool, especially the fountains was great. My daughter enjoyed that a lot. The service was excellent. I would especially name a young girl Ambika and a older gentleman bespectacled Sabinath for their good service. Food was good but I would ask the chefs to make more vegetarian options in ala carte, both in Indian and non-Indian. As vegetarians, choices were a bit less in ala carte but everything was compensated in the excellent breakfast buffet. Lastly, I would advice having more activities for adults+kids in common areas like 10 min dance instructions on pool or more family activities like face painting etc.

Despite being a super busy long weekend, the hotel staff did not make us feel so. Every one of our requirements was well taken care of. The property is outstanding, especially with their newly done up pools (both temperature controlled and regular pools). We spent all our time in the hotel and enjoyed everything including the swimming pools, beach, spa, and restaurants. A special mention to the Sala Da Pranzo restaurant staff - Mohika, Ambika, Dheer, Juhi and everybody else - who never disappointed. The staff at the front desk - Cleto, Janisha, Teni were also great. Housekeeping could have been slightly better (our room was not properly cleaned at the time of check-in - probably because they were in a hurry to give us the room). The staff at Taj Kids Club was always very welcoming and entertained our 4-year old son whenever he went there. Overall I would rate it a 9.5/10 experience and would recommend for anybody who wants to experience true Indian hospitality, the Taj way!

Amazing location in South Goa with sea view rooms!

There is a reason we come to taj exotica every year. The folks here make us feel that its a hoke away from home. Thanks for an awesome experience this year. As we leave Goa this year, can easily say that you never cease to amaze us with the consistency in delivery, synchrony in operation and efficiency in execution. The event and the services at the venue were extremely well appreciated by our leadership. Thanks to Anish, Urvashi, Vincy, Jiten, Chef Jose, Siddharth, Regina, Krishna, Laurencina, Vijay, Inder and the entrie team which was visible/ behind the scenes in making this a memorable event.
