Hotel Villa Adriatica - Adults Only

A quick Google / AI search on “Croatian hospitality’ will come up with the definition : Croatian hospitality is renowned for its warmth, friendliness, and genuine welcoming nature towards visitors. Nowhere is this better practically demonstrated than the Hotel Villa Adriatica. Conveniently and quietly located on a side street, this is a gem on the Adriatic Coast. It is about 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and bars and 10 from the marina on the stunning resort of Supetar on Brač Island. Upon arrival at Villa Adriatica you are greeted with warmth, professionalism and care. You immediately get the impression that you are a valued customer and not simply a number. This feeling was evident during the whole of our two week stay. A welcome drink and some Croatian delicacies are given to you whilst owner Zlatan and other staff members set you up on WhatsApp and take your luggage to your room. The WhatsApp is used to give you information about trips, for you to order beer or other items and to order an early breakfast if you are out on an early trip etc etc .Anything you write on WhatsApp is answered almost immediately-it works . We were in room 304 on the top floor at the back of the hotel. It was spotlessly clean and this was the case for the two week stay. The room was cleaned daily by the hard working maid and not once did it have that stale, lived-in feel because of this. The room was quiet and the balcony overlooked the outdoor breakfast area. Many a nice glass of beer was had on the balcony in the evenings. Breakfast was served on the ground floor in an indoor and an outdoor area. Breakfast was always a pleasant, unrushed experience and the food was always excellent. There were ample hot and cold choices on offer and they were constantly replenished. Staff worked hard to ensure this was always the case and to remove plates when finished. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and whirlpool on the ground floor. This was always kept clean and inviting. Some reviews have bemoaned the fact that the pool is apparently “small”. It is not; this is a boutique adults only hotel with around 20 rooms in total. The pool was a perfect size for the number of guest staying here. To be fair the pool area was always quiet and never crowded at any time. There are 5-6 luxury sunloungers right by the pool but around the corner is the truly beautiful garden area complete with even more luxury sunloungers and seats. The garden area was beautiful, quiet , clean and never crowded. No hogging of sunloungers or any of that nonsense here which added to the calm and natural atmosphere of the hotel. Finally, a word on the staff. AMAZING! Owner Zlatan and his truly friendly and spectacular staff go out of their way to ensure you have the best time at Villa Adriatica. They are on hand, professional and attentive but never in your face. They are a credit to the hotel!! We had the best time ever at Villa Adriatica. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Never mind Google or AI, it is that simple. Hvala!!!!

We have just spent 10 wonderful days at Hotel Villa Adriatica. Zlatan and his team could not have been more welcoming and helpful during our stay - restaurant recommendations, trips, running routes, daily chats! The villa is perfectly located in Supetar, just a short stroll to bars and restaurants as well as the ferry port. There is a local supermarket 2 minutes away and plenty of beaches all within a short walk. The villa is spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff work very hard to keep it that way. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The pool area is very relaxing with a quiet garden seating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would love to return one day. Well what an adorable place this is .Spotlessly clean and very well taken care of. Zlatan and his team couldn't do enough for us.We came to celebrate a special birthday and it certainly was something spectacular. The attention to detail makes them a cut above the rest. The hotel has a prime location for relaxation and adventures combined. A true Gem in the super resort of Supetar!We had the best time and have fallen in love with the place.

Excellent experience. The hotel creates an easy "concierge like" experience. The check in was lovely and very welcoming. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and quiet with a lovely view. The breakfast was good and the staff really made the stay amazing.

The staff were very helpful, info and map of the island & things to do on arrival, along with a drink and snack!. Great location, centre of Supetar, quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Hotel grounds were immaculate. We were lent beach mats and umberellas (it rained a little at dinner time) free of charge which was very helpful. They cleaned our room daily. There's a safe and fridge full of different drink options that are easily charged to your room. The breakfast was ample, cooked, cold or savoury. We were even given a packed lunch on our departure day as we left very early. Lovely little pool kept very clean, great sun loungers and plenty of seating options plus 2 hot tubs and a whirlpool. Any issues or questions or drinks ordering, simply watsapp the boss and it's answered. A really great hotel. We will definitely return. Not one single issue and we have been to Brac 4 times.

My partner and I have just returned after a 12 night stay at Hotel Villa Adriatica. Zlatan and the team went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Zlatan provided so many recommendations for places to eat and places to visit. My partner celebrated his birthday whilst there and they made it even more special for him. The hotel is very clean and we enjoyed plenty of time relaxing by the pool. Supetar is ideally located and we took the ferry to split and a bus to Bol. It is a beautiful gem in Croatia and has certainly stolen our hearts. We highly recommend Hotel Villa Adriatica if you are looking for somewhere extra special and we can't express our gratitude for such a wonderful time. Ruth & David

Vi uppskattade enormt alla fina tips vi fick från hotellägaren på restauranger, stränder och aktiviteter vi kunde hitta på under vår vistelse. Att vi fick en late check out var mycket värdefullt för oss så vi kunde spendera sista dagen utan stress.

Det hade varit enklare att betala med kort för övriga kostnader på hotellet, men det var inget som försämrade vår vistelse.

We had such a lovely stay here. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet, the staff were tremendously helpful, and the rooms were spotless- we had fresh sheets and towels daily! We had requested a high-up room, which we got, but even if we had ended up on the ground floor, it wouldn't have been an issue, as the hotel in general wasn't busy/noisy. If you are looking for a hotel with a buzz and lots of people, then this isn't the hotel for you- it is definitely more for those wanting relaxation and quietness. The poolside was great, lots of space to soak up the sun, and very comfortable loungers. The only thing that let the poolside area down was that the pool bar was not open, and drinks had to be ordered on WhatsApp. The hot tubs shown in the advert were also not in use, which was slightly disappointing as they looked so good in the photos. Breakfast was served between 8am-10am which suited us fine. The food, however, was average with the same options every day. If you got to breakfast after 9am unfortunately, the hot food options were cold so my advice would be go for breakfast earlier. The location of the hotel was great, pretty much a 5-10 min walk to the beach/restaurants/bars etc and a lovely little harbour. The ferry port is also a 10 min walk away, very handy! Overall, we would recommend this hotel and if we were ever to return to Brac we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Zlatan and all the staff!
