"Warm welcome and lovely hotel"

A friendly and informative welcome from Zlatan and Hanna. We were given a local wine and delicacy and later, a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We toured the island and visited Split. Great facilities, breakfast and location.

"Unforgettable holiday to Brac."

10.0

What a find. Zlatan, Hanna and the team made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were on hand to attend to all our needs in this small boutique hotel. Delicious breakfast to start the day, short stroll to the pebble beaches, a supermarket very close by and gorgeous harbour 10 mins walk away with ample restaurants to sample. Zlatan is on hand to recommend trips, restaurants and offer and advice. He has a wealth of knowledge and his friendly team makes you feel so relaxed. Small pool and garden area if you wish to relax at the hotel and a hot tub which is prepared on request. This is not a hotel where you feel like a number, you are Zlatan’s guests and the treatment is personable.

"A Wonderful Hotel with Wonderful People"

10.0

This was our first time in Croatia and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay. Zlatan and Hanna are warm, lovely people that will help you with anything you need be it honest advice or recommendations. The room was efficiently cleaned to a high standard whilst we were having breakfast every morning. We made use of the balcony and AC, the bed was comfortable and (most importantly for me) the shower was powerful. There is a mini bar (we didn’t use it) that has reasonably priced snacks and drinks. The breakfast was great. A true continental spread as well as bacon, small sausage, eggs and grilled courgettes (big fan of those). Very easy to get your fill every morning. The terrace and pool are fantastic. Very few people used either so on a few occasions we had them to ourselves. The hotel use WhatsApp for ordering drinks which I used and my drink came out almost instantly. Very delicious Long Island Iced Tea. Supetar itself is brilliant. I said repeatedly whilst there that it is a good mix between liveliness and peace. The beach is 5 minutes away and the harbour town itself is about 12 minutes. Everywhere is reasonably flat and the walk to the harbour at night is beautiful with pop up shops selling gifts by the water. There are many very good restaurants in Supetar. Our favourites were Pizzeria Bistro Peperoncin (best pizza we’ve ever had), Beer Garden (don’t be fooled by the name) and Restoran Punta (but more for the amazing sunset view and service than the food). The ferry runs regularly so we popped back into Split one day. The bus station is a minute away from the port and from there you can go all over the island. We used the bus to venture to Bol. Transport links are actually very good for a small island. Our favourite thing to do was visit Brač Animal Sanctuary on our last day. Tina and her husband rescue farm animals, horses, donkeys and cats from all over Croatia. This is not a petting zoo but somewhere to appreciate the difference Tina and her husband has made to the animals lives. I would highly recommend Hotel Villa Adriatica, we had an incredible time and hope to visit again one day.

"A restfull and stress free break"

10.0

The hotel is small, but well appointed. There is plenty of space outside by the pool or the garden for all of the guests ( sun and shade). The pool , although small, was plenty big enough to regularly dip into to cool down. Drinks could be ordered via the whatsapp group, and were brought to you. On a particularly hot day we had free iced tea- deliscious and thoughtful. There were many local places to eat- particularly down by the harbour where you can watch the sun go down over a glass of wine. The places vary in price, and menu as well as atmosphere. The breakfast area is a buffet with a variety of hot and mainly cold choices as well as beverages which could be eaten inside or out. The room was comfortable, tidy and clean. Our room had a balcony, we used this occasionally but found that the mosquitoes liked that area too ( we used a n insect spray- but think next time a gel or roll on would be more effective- you will need to take insect bite cream). Zlatan, Hanna and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay restful and stress free.

"Lovely quiet boutique hotel with better service than any big name hotel"

10.0

If you are looking for a quiet, adults only boutique hotel on the island of Brač that's close to amenities but far enough from the centre of Supetar to afford peace and quiet, I doubt you would find better than Hotel Adriatica. With just 23 air conditioned rooms, it's comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our room had a powerful shower in a good-sized en suite, which is always welcome. The owner, Zlatan Jelovac, is the ultimate host. The welcome is warm, the service, both from Zlatan and his receptionist, Hannah, is above and beyond and the WhatsApp system of ordering everything from drinks at the pool to massages, boat trips, car hire and tables at restaurants is supremely efficient. Zlatan's recommendations for restaurants all proved to be spot on. Breakfast service is from 8-10am and the breakfast is generous and caters for all tastes. If you want cereals and croissants, bacon and eggs, yoghurts, or a cold buffet, all are available. There's an indoor breakfast restaurant and an inner courtyard if you want to take breakfast outside. It makes for a very relaxed start to the day and the lady who runs the breakfast is a real gem. The garden at Villa Adriatica is lovely and very private. Just beyond the small pool, it is on the side of the road but you'd hardly know it. Equipped with hot tub and plenty of chairs and loungers, it's a great place to relax, unwind, work on your tan, or relax in the shade - and it's far more secluded than the beach, which is 100m away. We hired a car for five days (through Zlatan) and toured the island from one end to the other. Zlatan's knowledge of restaurants and places to go encompasses the whole island, and includes some interesting places on other islands in the vicinity as well as Brač. He is a great source of information, whatever your interests. After 10 days, we left Villa Adriatica feeling relaxed and with some very happy memories of a beautiful island. We'd found a nice place to stay, met some wonderful people and had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing 10 days. I have a feeling we'll be returning before long.

"Charming Hotel"

10.0

We spent an idyllic 10 days at this beautiful small hotel. Perfectly situated on the island of Brac this hidden gem of accommodation is a mere 10 minute walk to numerous restaurants and a frequent ferry service to Split. The room was clean and comfortable with a scenic balcony view and the breakfasts had an array of choice. Our hosts were friendly, knowledgeable and communicative and always available. All of this made our holiday a truly joyful experience. Dave & Sue

"Well worth booking but consider booking directly rather than through a tour operator "

10.0

This is a small family run hotel in a great location on Brac island. It was our first visit to Croatia and we are so pleased that we chose this island and this hotel. There are many great restaurants and bars close by, all reasonably priced and we didn't have a bad meal. The excursions are an absolute must. The hotel staff will help you to book some of these - the blue cave tour is pricy but don't be put off because it is worth every penny. Just stunning and a great day. We also did the half day blue lagoon tour, maybe our favourite - so memorable and not as expensive. These tours are well organised and pick up 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel will provide a packed breakfast/lunch if you leave before 8am. The absolute highlight for us was a trip to Krka national Park, the waterfalls are beautiful and well worth a visit. We booked online via Pelican Tours, a great company. The ferry over to Spilt is regular, reasonably priced and easy to do. The hotel was a perfect place to relax in between exploring, no children and drinks can be ordered via the WhatsApp group that they create for you. The owner Zlatan was great at helping us to arrange our trips, also Heidi was so friendly and lovely - she cooks the breakfast and brings the drinks. We are temped to book again but may do so directly with Zlatan next time, as I don't really see the benefit of doing it through TUI. There are no TUI reps at all and Zlatan would arrange airport transfers. Don't listen to comments about the pool being too small or too shaded - it is adequately sized for the number of guests and quite often we were in there alone. There are no children bombing in, so what more could you want? There are other islands to stay on but Brac really does offer everything and doesn't have the expense or busyness of places like Hvar. We will be looking to return at some point.

Very nice hotel and staff. However no free parking as advertised. Also don’t get your clothes cleaned at the hotel. Very expensive!! Laundry just down the road if needed.
