The room that we had had a front and a back door if you went out to the back porch you had a great view of the creek which was very relaxing

Scammers charged me the $100 incidental deposit instead of taking it off hold. I literally went in the filthy room, slept a few hours after a long trip and left. Didnt even shower so i dont know what they think they were charging for. Have disputed with my credit card company since management is never available to take a call. Dont stay here ever.

The staff was good

The so called breakfast was mini muffins and coffee. The room was dirty everything in the room was dirty from the sheets to the towels to the floor and even in the dresser. The tv kind of worked the a/c worked one night then it didn't.

The shower was moldy and everything in the room smelled like mildew. Everything i brought had the musty smell when i left.

nothing stay was horrible

keypads were frozen so had to call office everytime to get back in the room bathroom was freezing shower didn't work chairs were to big for the table pillowcases and towels were all stained I feel like I should have been paid over hundred dollars to stay there also parking lot and sidewalks were nothing but ice
