Very clean

We should have left the second the front desk told us they had no towels that were not stained or disgusting, and we might be charged for stained towels we were given. Dirty, Moldy, no housekeeping, broken fridge, no toilet paper holders, used toilet paper left on floor, incorrect allergen information with food items leading to my child having an allergic reaction, staff member asked us to write what we needed because "it was too many words at once she could not spell or understand", broken cabinets, broken towel rack, broken shower rod, multiple patched up holes in doors, torn up chairs, stained floor, people smoked in rooms and the smell went through vents, luggage carts broken, moldy window treatments, pool not as advertised (no chairs, roof rusting and caving in at corners, etc) We asked to switch rooms and were told the other one our size was also stained, etc.

The room was nice. The beds were decent. The hot tub worked. It was close to the airport. They followed Y request and didn’t put us on the 1st floor.

The price on booking.com was more expensive than the choice hotel app we couldn’t use our free night because of having booked on booking.com. Which was stupid. The housekeeping staff sucks! They NEVER cleaned our room or took out our trash.

Die Lage

Bereits beim einchecken entstand mit der sich selbst "Hotelmanagerin" nennenden dmDame eine Diskussion über die Art des Eincheckens. Daraufhin wollte sie aus dem Hotel werfen. Man konnte sich noch einigen. 2 Tage lang lag stinkenden Müll auf dem Flurboden direkt gegenüber unserem Zimmer. Die Badezimmertür quietscht so laut, dass der Partner nachts sofort wach war, wenn der Andere ins Bad wollte. Der Abfluss unseres Waschbeckens war fast gänzlich verstopft, so dass dauernd gebrauchtes Wasser darin stand. Kein angenehmer Anblick. Die Tür der Herrentoilette auf unserem Flur war immer geöffnet, so dass der Geruch immer in den Flur zog. Direkt vor unserem Fenster gab es 24 Stunden lang ununterbrochen Geräusche, wahrscheinlich von einer anderen Klimaanlage. Im Flur lagen gebrauchte Handtücher 2 Tage lang herum. Kein schöner Anblick. Ich denke, wenn die sogenannte "Hotelmanagerin " ab und zu durch ihr Hotel gehen würde, dann wären mit Sicherheit einige Missstände abzustellen. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde jedoch nichts unternommen. Mir schien es, als wären die Missstände in unserem Zimmer sogar bekannt.
