Charge for ESA dog, older rooms, bed really hard, card didn't work very well too get in only on 1 door

The surroundings were nice, staff at front desk a little slow, clean room, great breakfast

We had a squeaky bathroom door, leaking bathroom faucets and microwave didn't work and couldn't get extra pillows

On the side of the night stand there were fake eyelashes from a previous guest. Beds were uncomfortable and sheets were itchy. Please change the detergent or wash them more frequently. The staff were helpful in recommending places to eat and knowledgeable about the area. I walked back from my concert to the hotel in 15 minutes.

The staff was great! Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating!

The rooms were so dirty. I felt so uncomfortable. The pool was absolutely terrible - so run down and felt like we were in an abandoned hotel. I loved the staff but this place needs some attention and good deep cleaning.

The staff was very nice and tried their best.

we stayed in a family suite. One of the best had a stain on the top of the comforter, there was a big red stain on the floor and it just didn’t feel very clean. The air conditioner and fridge kept making so much noise it kept us up all night. The staff was very nice about the issues they did great but the room was not it :/
