1 las habitaciones horribles la cama sonaba se movía se escuchaba todo lo de la otra habitación tuvimos que escuchar los gemidos el televisor del otro cuarto la cama vieja todo lo del cuarto muy viejo rayado partido los Vidrios sucios no se Podía apreciar la vista súper sucio un precio demasiado por unas instalaciones tan regulares

la atención de la gente muy buena pero poco flexible.

El desayuno no estaba incluido en la reserva lo cual fue un inconveniente, ya que nos enteramos en la misma mañana. La variedad muy baja y no esta a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas (70.000 COP muy caro y malo). Las habitaciones no tenian ventilación natural y los baños demasiado pequeños. Ademas se cortó al menos 2 veces el agua fria. Las instalaciones muy viejas y poco cariño en general. La habitación de guardería muy descuidada... no es apto para ir con niños.

La almohada, la atención de los botones y algunos garzones

Si bien el Hotel Almirante está calificado como 5 estrellas, nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Con suerte lo consideraría un hotel de 3 estrellas. La información entregada en recepción fue pésima y confusa. Se nos dijo que el hotel no tenía agencia de viajes ni relación con el casino de al lado, cuando en realidad sí existía una conexión directa desde el hotel. Además, nuestra habitación tenía un hoyo en la ducha; lo reclamamos y lo arreglaron, pero no es algo esperable en un hotel de esta categoría. Tampoco había agua de cortesía, café ni tetera en la habitación. El último día almorzamos en el restaurante Los Corales porque la noche anterior habíamos tenido una buena experiencia. Pedimos los mismos platos y los sirvieron completamente distintos: uno venía sin el queso correspondiente y otro sin el aderezo. Al reclamar y mostrar una foto del plato del día anterior, la garzona insistió en que sí tenía queso, cuando claramente no era así. El aderezo demoró cerca de 10 minutos en llegar. Además, pedimos Aperol y nos insistían en que era Aperol, aunque claramente no lo era. El internet fue pésimo, el desayuno tenía poca variedad y, en general, la relación precio-calidad es muy mala. Es un hotel caro para el servicio que entrega. Lo único rescatable fue la atención de algunos garzones y de los botones, quienes fueron amables y atentos durante la estadía. Aun así, la experiencia general fue muy decepcionante.
