Exceptional service with the warmest hospitality . Entire staff has a very proactive and friendly approach. Ms. Pam has been outstanding in her guest management role and ensured that my mother who is a wheel chair user, gets priority and easy access to all facilities. Would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and luxury.

Nice location Good staff Nice assistance for travel within city Hotel manager was quite responsive and helpful Varuna restaurant had lovely food.

AC was not functional properly.. for one night i had a disturbed sleep due to ac issue. The maintenance person could not sort it. The towel was stained too though it was replaced after the request. Paying 25k for two nights with AC issue and house keeping issue was way too much..
