Food and service is at it’s top.. staff is very cooperative.. n specially we get a really good service from Sagar at restaurant.

Our 3-night, 4-day stay at Taj Ganges, Varanasi was truly memorable and made us feel at home. A special mention to Ms. Sruthi Misra and Ms. Pem from the check-in desk for their exceptional warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. They made our experience even more special right from the start. Last time when i had visited the property was under renovation with the new tower. I must say they have done an excellent job with the rooms, restaurant, bar and the open spaces. The open space outside the bar reminds me of the Taj Palace Diplomatic Enclave property. Being a Tata Neu platinum member i was fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite & luxury room. The new rooms have been done aesthetically, typical Taj branding exuberance. From the time of reservation being taken care by Mr Arghya Chowdhury to the seamless and smooth check in by Ms Pem i must say their hospitality is unparalleled with a dash of homeliness. The new Prinsep bar has been designed articulately and the outside sitting over the lawns is another USP. The food at Chowk and Varuna was always delicious, their signature being the mutton seekh kebabs. We had ordered them and the taste was exactly the same, simply delicious it has an aura of NWFP footrpints written all over it. As for the breakfast you will be spoilt with the options, my kids were joyed to get delicious chocolate waffles. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool in the evening when the sun came down. The housekeeping folks were equally up to their task in asking if we require anything, and i reckon Ajim was the guy. They had shared a clay pot, paint brush, and colours to the kids. The kids enjoyed so much that my daughter as a thank-you gesture shared a note with her experience inside the claypot which she had coloured at the reception to Ms Pem. You guys have definitely kept the brand name soaring higher and higher. Wishing, that you keep this connect always

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying for a few days. Initially driving up, we were immediately approached by numerous persons who insisted upon helping us. We were greeted with sincere smiles and welcomes. We were guided to have a seat and relax in their beautiful lobby while they made certain everything was ready for us. Over the course of our stay, we were astounded by the attentiveness of every staff member we saw. I'm sorry, I don't remember most names, but I'd like to share a server in the restaurant who rose above all. His name tag said Vishal, and he was extremely accommodating. We were also blown away by a lady who checked us in by the name of Prutiti. (sorry if it's misspelled) There are too many outstanding people we came in contact with to possibly describe each encounter. Just before checking out, the manager spoke with us and assured us our time spent there was valuable. I also commend the hotel for hiring staff who communicate using sign language. If anything, we felt more love and personalized guidance from these sweet people who gave everything they had to make certain our time was memorable. I hope this review is seen by the manager and our gratitude is recognized and made aware to all who were outstanding.

Thank you to the whole staff for making my stay so wonderful. From the front desk staff (Ravi and Prem) to the concierge (Akanksha) to the restaurant staff- everything was seamless which made for a very comfortable experience.
