Hotel du Parc

The staff is friendly and accommodating. I like to drink coffee for an hour and then have breakfast. No problem ! Everyone was welcoming. In the evening I could get a coffee or hot tea in the bar area. I would have preferred a separate facility for that, but I could also take tea in the lobby. The only small problem is that the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the main street, but a short walk is good.

Low level hotel, rooms are quite comfortable yes, but there is no lift so you have to use the stairs. The restaurant is not very good, not many choices in the menu and the buffet is very poor. The worst thing is the WiFi connection, it works only in the lobby and not inside rooms, the signal is too weak probably. I told them I was not able to work and they told me there is no repeaters for each floor, so this is the reasons of the lack of signal. So no solution.

There was no internet in the room,the window was broken,we spent an entire day with no water due to maintainance and the food was just ok.

This hotel is ideally located for those with cars (if you don't mind being a few minutes out of the downtown centre). Secure parking, well connected to the road network and decent quality for the price you pay.
