No elevator, we had to bring suitcases up to second floor by ourselves. We asked them to book a taxi to the airport (which cost us on the way in 6 dinars) and they charged us 40. They said they couldn't book a "yellow" cab, but this was exactly what they booked. And the taxi left us outside the airport, we had to walk through the parking lot. No coffee/tea maker in the room (we had that in other hotels in Tunisia which were cheaper)
