The food was not great at the restaurant when said it was average no comment to the no it wasnt great or asking what to do

Reception staff very good. Parking by room.

The hotel is old, scruffy and noisy. The place needs a revamp. The shower was the size of a coffin and soaps out of easy reach. Good selection of teas and coffee. But even a biscuit.

"Home away from home"

Pam! The reception lady is just awesome 👌 the pool and spa, as well as that buffet breakfast. Group feedback was Pam deserves a pay rise and a bonus with a slice of extra 2 weeks annual leave from this day forward! This is not a joke and we do not know Pam personally haha

issues with the doors not being fully secure. Our card would work but the other wouldn't. We just put the chain on the lock but one room, the chain was broken so we werent sure if we were secure at night.

In Masterton for a family wedding what a perfect location to accommodate everyone’s needs . Large spacious rooms, two beds in each, a pool for the kids a gym, comfy beds easy parking it really was a great experience
