It was nice. The building is beautiful. Some things need updating. Laundry was out of order. Elevator was scary. Breakfast was not complimentary and over priced. I had better breakfasts in less expensive hotels that were complimentary. The one waitress was not friendly. And made little attempt to be of service.

We have stayed here twice now after finding it so close to Hey81, it’s out half way point between Nc and NY. friendly staff very clean amazing price spacious clean modern bedroom king bed with a very large flat screen tv, even graciously offers some breakfast items a great value this is our new go to half way hotel. It’s a hotel, not a motel! Thank you!!!

"Dirty and smelly"

The whole hotel smells… but our room smelled even worse than the hallway. My husband realized the floor was sticky and part of the smell seemed to be from dog urine (as well as black mold on the windows/a moldy smell coming from the air conditioner). We asked to be moved to a different room, which was marginally cleaner and had a different, slightly less terrible smell. The woman at the front desk seemed very nice, but the property is just old and kind of gross, and the cleaning is sub par.
