No one stays at the front desk, customers have to wait for someone to show up. Also couldn’t understand what was associate saying. They knocked on the door around 10:50 am to make sure we are leaving was most annoying and disgusting act from this location.

Checked in late, staff at counter wasn't empathetic or friendly. Appeared to be rude, distracted and absent! Romms were of inferior standards, mattress was sagging in the room alloted to us, toiletries weren't refilled or provided to us upon request. Overall a bad experience, will not be booking this again.

The room smelled of humidity. For some reason after the cleaners had passed, only one of the two beds was made up. Breakfast was OK, only not in a very agreeable room.

They have one electric vehicle car charging station in the parking lot here but it is not free You have to pay I think it's 59 cents per kilowatt hour. It's often in use since there's only one. The hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly and there's an on-site restaurant attached to the building.

I know you don’t want to give the best room to people with pets but nick furniture and the bathtub had a dark spot on it that I didn’t want to take a shower. More welcoming room with people with pets would be nice!!
