"Great place especially for the area."

Most everything was good. The staff was especially friendly and accommodating, and the place itself was quite clean. There were clearly spots on the hallway carpeting that were stains of various types, and our specific bathroom had a blown outlet, but the front desk said they already knew about it and had a work ticket for it.

No cameras on the outside of the building that I could see, at least not where the furthest door to our hallway was. Also, the parking lot didn't have sufficient lighting, so we were concerned a bit about our vehicle, but nothing occurred, so I guess we're good to go. These are the only negatives. Everything else was positive.
