"Staff is really nice and it’s very affordable"

Easily accessible to our daughter and home town

I’ve stayed here three times now and this time was not great. The electrical outlets didn’t work and I noticed the walls were dirty. Very loud neighbors upstairs and someone tried to open our door over night. The doors outside to the room hallways are not key card only they open right up.

"We would stay there again- great location."

Very quiet- could not hear anything- we were on the 2nd floor by the stairs. Bed - very comfy Breakfast area small- tables filled up. Room- adequate size- had plugins/ fridge- a little dark

There were only stairs- no elevator for luggage.

The waffles, AMAZING! The beds SUPER comfy!!!

Regarding breakfast: the sausage offered were "brown and serve" weren't brown at all ( under cooked; or under warmed). Honestly I didn't expect brown and serve sausage. The towel and wash clothes were yellow and significantly stained. Even after requesting replacements, still stained. We had to go out and purchase.

"Enjoyed a brief one night stay close to Culinary institute of America!"

WE had a room right off the lobby and it was totally silent heard absolutely nothing! Very comfortable, clean and very happy. We opted out of the hotel breakfast to go to the Every Ready Diner down the street as Guy Fierro stopped in there to film his show diners drive ins and dives for his 3rd episode some 19 years ago. It's still a fabulous diner!

"Bad place Bad night"

Nothing to like. Directly out my door were bikers having a BBQ party I did not feel safe from strangers or vermin. Light shone through gaps between door and frame

Noise from room above until 4am. Temp dropped to 48° but I had no working heater
