Red Wolf Lodge at Olympic Valley

Perfect location! Stayed with my two daughters in a one bedroom - we had plenty of room

I cancelled this reservation on august 14, 2023, but the cancellation did not go through so I was still charged for the room that we did not use. no one has been able to help us.

Cameron was proactive and texted me prior to our arrival and gave me all the information I needed. We were planning a very long hike in the area, so we wanted to get to the area the night before. That meant we got to the lodge after hours, and left before the office opened. Cameron made the very short stay effortless by communicating very clearly and giving great instructions.

Great weekend stay provided by Red Wolf lodge. Friendly, attentive staff ready to greet you upon arrival. Accommodations met our expectations with everything needed for a lengthy stay for a couple or small family. Just a short walk away from the shops and market place area with several choices for cocktails and dining. Good location surrounded by scenic mountainous views throughout. Definitely returning for another weekend stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Red Wolf Lodge. They had a special event each day whether it was a s'mores night or hot chocolate. Nick was great with communication and let us borrow their snowshoes which was a blast! Hoping to come back in the future! The studio room was so cozy, it was an overall great experience.

We had such an awesome time in Palisades Tahoe and will definitely be back! What a great hotel in an absolutely perfect location. Literally right next to the Red Dog Lift! The room was really nicely decorated / loved the stone floors and tasteful yet comfortable rustic furniture. Also enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen - we were able to make ourselves nice breakfasts each day, unless we were simply too lazy and opted for the awesome Coffeebar cafe nearby (I’ll write a separate review for that!). Everyone we encountered at the lodge was super nice and accommodating. Only one minor hiccup when we first arrived due to an Apple Maps confusion which I’m sure will be corrected. But other than that all was smooth and super enjoyable. We loved our stay at the Red Wolf Lodge!
