Beautiful stay, perfect quiet location, staff lively and accommodating

Nothing was all good

Builders took up a lot of space for parking. Water power in shower was very low.

We stayed as attending a function on the premises, bar staff very friendly and professional.

Overall the whole property needs general maintenance, beds not great, if mattress not replaced at least put a topper on. Sheets had tares in them, bathroom drawers damaged, panel falling off the wall, just needs some attention to detail. Carpets in hallway have stains, paintwork chipped. For small costs, could be greatly improved.

It’s very dirty hand prints on walls doors ceilings. The smell when we got into our room was dirty smelly carpets. Same in hallways. The smell in the lift was bad. Really dirty curtains. At the front of the property the top floor net curtains were black. Lots of hair on duvet and sheets. The windows were awful. The frames around the glass were dirty. It’s plastic all it needs is a wipe!Mould in the grout in the shower. No lock on bathroom doors ceilings. Something has sprayed over the door. As soon as we walked in there is an area cornered off for staff only. I thought it was a joke but 3 guys sitting whilst there was nowhere to sit my daughter has a condition so it’s lucky she was ok to stand. Obviously no manager in the place. The front staff were great, and u would say the get a lot of complaints. It’s not fit to stay in , there is homeless people staying and they have to live in that filth? And children! The whole place is shabby and dirty. Booking.com take this off ur website it’s unfair I was charged to stay in a place so dirty we slept on our clothes on top of the duvet and used our clothes to cover the dribble stained pillows!
