Good location near the airport with the added benefit of a shuttle bus

Our receptionist was fantastic and catered for us; 2 tired girls who arrived late, having missed their flight. Accommodating, friendly and fun! We were allowed to buy wine, despite the bar just closing, which was really needed. Thank you also to our bar tender! Beautiful hotel; clean, generously sized, comfy, gorgeous garden and terrace to sit and decompress with a glass of wine.

I arrived late, due to airline problems. The night staff, Andrea, was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Getting in to the room was a nightmare. It was very late. All I wanted to do was fall into bed and sleep. The key card, designed to unlock the room door, malfunctioned repeatedly. Even the hotel's night clerk had a great deal of difficulty getting it to work. Once in the room, the light switches were very non-intuitive. Even allowing for my over-tired state, I had great difficulty figuring out how to turn on lights I wanted, and even more difficulty turning off lights which were already on when I arrived that I needed to switch off to get to sleep.

Very clean/accomodating/and comfortable. My room was huge and they helped bring my bags right to my door.

The only issue I had was getting in touch with them as they do not have WhatsApp and my phone was not allowing me to dial out for the airport shuttle pick up. Just something for awareness ! Nothing bad about the property!
