"Room met our needs, staff was polite and helpful, would recommend the hotel but NOT the restaurant."

Accommodations filled our needs. Facility was close to airport and location was quiet. Staff was very helpful in arranging a shuttle to and from the city of Venice.

The restaurant left a lot to be desired. Staff were friendly but did not seem happy. Food was on the lower end of average. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad , the vegetables were fresh but the chicken was horrible. II could not tell if there was chicken in what appeared to chicken vs the croutons. My sister ordered a beef dish and she said it really did not have any flavor to it. We both left over half the meal on the plate. We ordered a piece of Cheesecake and it tasted stale and like a cardboard box. We each took a bite and pushed it away.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Meine Bettwäsche hat nach fremden Parfüm gerochen und das Waschbecken war nicht sauber. Es gab kein frisches Gemüse zum Frühstück.

The gardens are beautiful

Pick up from airport was difficult to find, need much better shuttle signs. Really good help from receptionist saved the day.

Really nice place, 24hr front desk. Arrived in venise at 1am so needed a place close to hotel. 10min walk from airport.

Very convenient, great deal for a nice room. Made life easy for our flight home the next day. Very clean and well kept. Doesn't feel like what most would think of as an "airport hotel", it was simple but cozy for a couple. It has its own restaurant which we did not make use of, but instead we were able to walk 10 minutes to other eateries. When I think of most airport hotels I do not think of particularly great qualities, but this was exactly what we could've hoped for. Efficient staff and shuttle service.

Not much. I was a little confused about the room key and didn't realize it inserts into the wall, but that's mostly on me for not paying close enough attention.
