We chose this hotel because our flight arrived at 11pm at night and it was the only one that appeared to offer a shuttle from the airport. The hotel staff are very responsive throughout, starting from when I first made the booking and had questions. They responded very quickly. On the day of our travel to Venice, our plane had technical issues so it was delayed and we thought we might miss the connecting flight and therefore would not arrive in time to use the hotel. I messaged the hotel through the app and they responded immediately. They were sympathetic and although they could not offer a refund (which we understood), they offered to provide us with the invoice for insurance claims. We appreciated their sympathy and help. But we eventually managed to arrive in Venice as scheduled and were able to stay with them.
