The room was comfortable. New - pulled the plastic off the sofa bed mattress ourselves!

The property is under construction so the lobby is also the breakfast space on top of the front door. Everything is a mess! Had we known about the construction, we would have booked somewhere else - Or at least would have been better prepared when we arrived. The lack of transparency feels like a total misrepresentation of the condition of the hotel. We would not have stayed here and paid ~$400!! On top of it, they canceled my reservation and considered us as ‘no shows’ because we arrived so late into the evening even though I had called and spoke to someone earlier to warn them of our late arrival. When we arrived at 2:30 am, rather than just getting the keys and going to bed, it took 25 minutes to sort it out. The woman who checked us in was helpful but very unprofessional.
