Grupotel Rocador - Adults Only

The location is superb. The Cala Gran beach next to the hotel ticks all the boxes. White sands, calm (but not still waters) conducive to swimming, amazing shades of blues. For once, the reality was better than the photos we saw prior to booking.

A few more vegetarian choices in breakfast would have made it even better. Having said that, we did manage decent meals at breakfast.

Excellent location and fabulous sea and beach. 地理位置很好，出门就是沙滩和特别好看的果冻海，有专门进入沙滩区域的门和冲凉花洒，非常非常非常方便。前台有一个女员工人很好，不记得她叫什么名字了，只记得牌子上显示她会说英语和西班牙语，她态度非常好，还特意给了我们一个可以看到一点海景的房间，非常感谢她。

Bad food. How could the chef mess up the most basic food??? How could the omelette have no flavor??定的half board，可是不仅饭难吃的要死，晚饭的酒水竟然要额外花钱点…………………………………………从来没遇到过这么离谱的。外面停车位很多，但旺季基本都满了，很难找到停车位，需要停到较远的位置，步行五分钟来酒店。

The hotel has a very convenient entrance to the very nice Cala Gran beach. Our room has a corner view over the beach and towards the sea. Staff were all super nice. Parking was easy. All amazing.

The breakfast was fine but could be nicer

The dispensers for the soaps in the bathroom were impossible to use. This need to be fixed. They never washed under our beds, and it was very dusty, even though we had told the staff that one of us is hyper allergic to dust and mold. The pool bar served a salat that was quite dirty and half «dead» and we were very surprised as we did no expect anything like this in this beautiful hotel. They did not charge us for it and was very sad..so we believe this will not happen again.
