Amazing all round

Slightly noisy at times but can’t fault the staff for this as they kept the hotel and room in great standards

Понравилось месторасположение,завтраки,ужины,вид с номера.красивая территория отеля.

Были в этом отеле 2годк назад,нам захотелось вернуться в этот отель.но...в этот раз разочарование от самого номера.видимо нас заселили в другой корпус где были старые номера.2года азад у отеля было 4звезды,сейчас стоит лишь 3,и это чувствуется.!очень жаль!

Perfect location. Taking the seaside room is worth the upgrade. Staff very polite and helpful. Clean room.

You could feel the furniture is borderline old and would do with some refurbishing, doesnt have the fancy feel just effecient and doing the job. Toilet flush needs fixing as very poor flushing pressure generated. Breakfast is ok, dishes sometimes not cleaned properly.

El personal es increíble. Todos son muy amables y el trato fue excelente. Jose, en el restaurante, un 10. Muy atento y simpático. El buffet del hotel es de los mejores que he visto y la ubicación inmejorable.

Algunas habitaciones parecen algo más antiguas y tienen algo de humedad. Nos reubicaron sin problema por lo que estuvimos muy bien.

A ótima localização na costa oeste da ilha, área muito charmosa. Apesar de o hotel não ter estacionamento, conseguimos estacionar por perto. Café da manhã excelente, melhor variedade que já vi e com qualidade. Funcionários muito prestativos e cordiais. Quando eu reservei, li em uma das avaliações sobre o hotel "vai sem medo", e de fato, pode reservar que a experiência será ótima. Voltaremos!

Não é um ponto negativo, mas para esse padrão de hotel achei que faltou um kit de amenities com sabonete/ shampoo melhores. Só tinha o do dispenser que era um sabão razoável..
