"Pleasant people, place could do with improvement"

We checked in as an emergency stay in the middle of the night, and it was hassle-free and easy despite the ungodly hour. Unsure about the hygiene of the breakfast table (apples were probably unwashed and the "clean" cutlery was smudged with grease). The quality of breakfast was expected (not great but OK). And croissants in plastic packaging are just a NO - covid or not!

"Good hotel"

The service was really nice but the hotel seems very old fashioned. Hopefully they will update that soon. Breakfast was not as expected.

"Great access to Cambridge "

Very comfortable stay Deluxe twin rooms are very large and airy. Easy access by bus to Cambridge, bus stop a few minutes walk from hotel. Good breakfast
