The staff was just lovely and extremely attentive (special thanks to Stefan). The breakfast was great and the hotel with its trees felt like a little hideaway within touristic Cala d‘Or.

Limited number of Rooms/guests and staff very helpful.

Was half board- the food was excellent and all to my taste but as you have limited choice I can understand why this could be an issue for some people.

Resort style hotel with a freezing cold outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool

Don’t be fooled! None of the rooms have a hot tub as advertised. The hotel blamed Booking for misleading room descriptions which is a lie. Even after bringing it to their attention, none of the room descriptions have changed and they still falsely advertise hot tubs. Hotel has refused to compensate me for their mistake.
