Great Place to Stay I stayed at the King's Port Inn a 5years ago and found it very lovely. It is in a great location and the staff was very friendly. I came back this year and found it newly renovated. I stayed in the deluxe king suite and the room was very spacious and clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best location and price

Well located hotel in the centre of Kennebunkport. Rooms are spacious and generally clean but our towels were stained. Breakfast was underwhelming but the attendant was working hard to make sure everyone had what they needed. It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced in the area but go elsewhere if you want luxury!

Stairs are a problem for me. I didn't see in any of your information that being able to climb stairs was necessary. Otherwise, the room and amenities were very good.

No elevator so have to lug everything upstairs. We booked a king. They tried to give us two queens. Even after I said we booked a king The location was great and the place was clean and safe
