Kings Port Inn

This is a nice inn in Kennebunk, with good-sized, comfortable rooms. Service is friendly and helpful. It has a decent continental breakfast. It is located only a short walk from the restaurants of Kennebunkport's Dock Square. For less crowded restaurants, there are several in the opposite direction on the Kennebunk side, including one that offers full breakfasts.

We once again chose this hotel for our 4 night stay in KPT. This year it was in a premium king on the first floor. We decided to forego room service in favor of only exchanging towels. The breakfast remains unchanged including the dry waffles so most days we either dined out or purchased breakfast pastries elsewhere.

The rooms are super clean and updated. We enjoyed the wet room with a nice whirlpool tub and double showers. The water was nice and hot with good pressure. The location was great for a short walk to restaurants and galleries, and an easy drive to Walker point or the beach. We enjoyed the lobby coffee service and the included breakfast which had limited choices but was adequate and very well done. We were on the 3rd floor, and I must admit it was a struggle for my husband to get the 45lb. shared suitcase up the steps. I guess we are now old enough to think of requesting a first floor room, or at least 2nd floor, when an elevator is not an option.

Kings Port Inn was charming, convenient and perfect. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was the best! We stayed 3 nights and would return in a heartbeat!

The room was clean and quaint. Had a fireplace in our room and Jacuzzi tub. Two headed shower with hot water on the spot. Extra large TV and a wonderfully comfortable, king size bed. Great location in walking distance to downtown area. Great breakfast included with the room!

This place was really nice. Check in was quick and easy, the hotel clerk was friendly and welcoming. Its right on the main strip and very walkable. Parking is on premises and easy. The room was beautiful, air conditioning worked great and the bed was super comfortable. Will def stay here again

We spent two days in Kennebunkport and stayed overnight at King's Port Inn, booking a King Suite w/ Jacuzzi. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and my spouse and I slept very well. The windows opened and we were able to get fresh air while we slept. We bought a bottle of wine, sat in our private jacuzzi and just let the day melt away. Parking was free with our stay. The continental breakfast was nothing fancy. Cold hard boiled eggs, cold cereals, instant oatmeal, breads/bagels with two toasters that barely toasted (get new ones!) and cubed cantaloupe. They had a lovely woman making waffles for anyone who wanted them. Regular and decaf coffee was available as well as tea. The only items available to eat for anyone gluten free were the eggs and cantaloupe. There were no GF bread items. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel is extremely convenient and within walking distance to everything in Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. It's about 2.5 miles from Nunan's (the BEST lobster).
