El hotel maneja el desayuno con un tercero y tiene costo por nas que den usd 25 por día para desayunar el costo de un desayuno continental, el mas económico es alrededor de usd 40

The room was spacious and the location

Middle of the night emergency evacuation from the room twice with no explanation as we had to wait in the lobby for long hours throughout the night and no follow up explanation of what exactly happened. When travelling with a family it is very concerning. You also have to ask the staff several times for your request and things doesn’t get done or simply they do not care. We hoped this will be a great selection for returning trips but too many issues that doesn’t make the stay comfortable.

Good location

Terrible check-in experience. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment I arrived. The service at check-in was disappointing and did not create a pleasant or welcoming atmosphere at all. Unfortunately, it left a very negative first impression. The only positive part of my experience was the valet parking staff — they were excellent, professional, and kind.

I would like to recognize Maxwell at the front desk of the Royal Sonesta Dupont Circle for his outstanding service. Maxwell is consistently helpful, friendly, and accommodating, always going out of his way to make guests feel welcome and valued. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request make a lasting impression. He is a true asset to the hotel and plays a big part in creating an exceptional guest experience. Thank you, Maxwell, for your kindness and dedication.

Located in an eclectic neighborhood close to restaurants, metro, park and walkable to downtown sites. Great bargain for the money and plenty of staff. Quiet even though the hotel was quite full.
