"The biggest downer to a trip we looked forward to and otherwise enjoyed"

Fridge didnt work, staff was rude, pillows, towels, and one light blanket all scarce-had to ask for more, shampoo dispenser instead of bottles hardly came out, no ice or way to get water. Way overpriced for what we got

TVs did not work the first night and had to get someone to fix them. 2 wall heaters did not work Bathroom door did not easily close Poor lighting
