"Good for the price"

This is an older hotel, so there are things like peeling paint, etc., but it is clean, comfortable and maintained overall. The room has a refrigerator but no microwave. It is convenient and close to everything. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep and shower, you can’t go wrong.

"Not what I was sold."

I wanted to leave a review because my stay was the opposite of how this place is rated. The room was not great. Carpet was filthy, bed was spring city, lamp shade tore up, brown cola sprayed on the walls. It was just not clean at all. I will be staying elsewhere next time.

"Good value for the price and excellent customer service."

The continental breakfast was standard for that price range, coffee, orange juice, waffles, cereal and bagels/toast. The creamer options lacked in my opinion but they were sufficient. The manager was great, when I walked into the lobby to check in there was an older woman who's husband had left his wallet at a restaurant they had dinner at and she didn't know how to look up the restaurant on her phone. He offered to look up restaurants and call them for her to see if it was there and was really patient with her. The room was on par for the price.

There was a large stain on the carpet next to the door and the ac didn't work as well as I hoped.

"Clean but poor customer service"

The beds were clean enough. We got 4 pillows. There were plenty of clean towels. The refrigerator worked.

The AC took awhile to cool the room, the beds were too firm, the sink area was dirty. We asked for late check out but was told it was $30 more so we opted to not pay and just check out on time. 15 minutes before check out there was a knock on the door reminding me that check out was at 11am. How rude! Never again will stay here again because of the lack of customer service and consideration.
