"Check the mattress!!"

If you have stayed in Room 209 of this hotel in the past couple of weeks, this is what you have slept on. My wife and I stayed here Aug14 - 17 of 2025 and were given this room. We like to check for cleanliness and bedbugs. Imagine our horror when we found this!! We immediately left and informed the front desk that it looked like someone had died in that mattress. The front desk person did not seem shocked at all and was actually annoyed we were requesting another room!!! Actually, saying that we can't expect for all the mattresses to not be stained!!! OMG!! if we could have left, we would have. An overall lack of attention to cleanliness was observed and we would not recommend anyone to purposely stay here.
