"Exceptional"

The staff was beyond friendly! Every single one of them made sure to acknowledge my family and I. I appreciated that they didn't avoid eye contact and instead talked to us.

The only thing that was an issue... when I booked the room I made sure to put 2 adults and 2 children. The pull out sofa was too small for both of my kids (11 and 13) and I put the ages on the my requirements for booking. I don't think the king suite should come up as an option for a family of 4. Had I known, I would have booked a double bed room.

"Room was clean & beautiful however unable to adjust AC, was sweating middle of night & could not fix temp or tu"

Clean, beautiful room & staff was super nice.

AC wasn’t able to be adjusted to my liking, middle of night woke up sweaty unable to turn on AC or adjust temperature. :/

"Nice people and good food"

The receptionists were extremely helpful and kind. My favorite part of my stay however was the breakfast staff. They were super friendly and helpful. The took the time to make you feel like they cared

There was a problem with the pool they entire week I stayed there and could therefore not use the pool
