Mont Rest Inn

It was a wonderful place to stay. Food was great, the quest are treated like quest. So many options to take part in when you are their quest. Would love to go back.

River and bluff views from the porch and upper deck were splendid. Staff was welcoming and breakfast was delicious. This B&B is well curated.

We had an amazing stay at Mont Rest! The room was beautiful and so cozy. Staff was friendly and gave us a tour around the house when we arrived. We had never stayed at a B&B before, and this was an experience we won't forget! Not to mention the breakfast was SO good!

The mansion is beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. However, the only climate control for the room was the fireplace for heat or opening the window for cooling it down. We were in Ginny's forest view room which had no screens on the windows, so we ended up with a wasp in our room. That room is right by the stairs, so the lights were shining into our room all night from the decorative window over the door into the hall. That room is also over the kitchen, and they ran the dishwasher from 10:30pm to 11:30pm which was exceedingly loud. The jacuzzi tub didn't work. I would go back, but not stay in that room.

We have stayed at Mont rest more than a dozen times over the course of the past few years. It is and incredibly quaint and well-maintained Victorian home, with impeccable service, best breakfast I've been served at any bed and breakfast I've stayed, and just a quality of service that makes us want to keep coming back. The property manager, Naomi is outstanding and makes everything work. The staff is incredibly friendly.

Everything was amazing, clean, breakfast was delicious. Niomi and Rebecca were accommodating sweet and took great care of me. Thank you again ladies!

We loved the bed and how comfortable it is. We didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was amazing!!
