Blue Bay Villas

We stayed there for one week and it was lovely. The hotel is quiet and neat, it's far away from all the tourists of Oia. So we could enjoy the calm to the fullest. For exploring the island, we had a car since we wanted to be flexible and didn't want to depend on the bus nearby. The airport is also close by, but it didn't bother us at all. In our room we couldn't hear the planes. When at the pool you can see them taking off and landing but still not bothering. The lady who owns the hotel is very nice and helpful. We had a good time!

Terrible service, we had two friends over and asked if we could pay a fee so they can join us in the hotel pool. It was empty there was a couple in it. Paint chipping ugly pool. The lady was clearly a local started yelling at us and saying we all had to leave. She then called us twice yelling if we were checking out so we could go pick up our luggage. We were not going to find a hotel in the middle of the night. She was unsurd and completely out of line. I can’t tell you enough these people are tired of tourists and can be very rude or plain blunt. We had great service in Crete and Athens, and even Oía. This hotel should not be allowed to rent rooms out. The shower was inadequate, the AC turns off and must be off when you are not in the room and it takes forever to cool the room. Terrible old mattress and your toiletries are tiny powered soaps. Lots of bugs and in the middle of no where our cab was still 20 euros. Stay away from this place.

Confortevole, la signora è eccezionale e molto disponibile in tutto . Da migliorare la qualità della colazione magari aggiungendo prodotti freschi all eccezionale yogurt greco. Zona molto tranquilla forse troppo

Ci siamo trovati benissimo i personali gentilissimi..ci hanno accolto e fatto subito entrare in camera alle 8am di mattina nonostante il check in è le 14.00 per cui abbiamo avuto il tempo di dormire e riposarci per poi avventurarci.. anche al ritorno la receptionist ha chiamato ed aspettato il taxi alle 2am di notte per portarci all aeroporto..L hotel centralissimo da tutto ed a pochi metri dall aeroporto mare e ristoranti eccezionali ottimi per il pesce.. la colazione è perfetto trovi sia dolce che salato veramente non me L aspettavo da un hotel di 3 stelle.. la piscina è uno spettacolo ci è capitata anche la camera con il balcone a vista piscina è meraviglioso.. che dire è stata una vacanza STUPENDA ECCEZZIONALE MERAVIGLIOSO!

This hotel offers good basic accommodation in a very remote area so if you are wanting to explore the island, a car is a must. The bus stop was not far but the buses were not all the frequent. The beach was very secluded, a lovely volcanic beach with nature at its best, but no chairs provided by the hotel. There were two very good restaurants, reasonably priced and on the beach, one to the left and one to the right but that is all of the choice you will have within walking distance, There is also a convenience store which is extremely handy. The staff were lovely and accommodating, helping with information and transportation. The breakfast was a also a nice addition and the pool was great.

O hotel está localizado atrás do aeroporto, mas isso de longe é um problema, pois pouco se ouve os aviões. O quarto tem um tamanho razoável e conta com uma sacada bem confortável. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem completo com pêssegos, iogurte, ovos cozidos, pães, suco, café entre outros. O pessoal da recepção fala inglês e são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Para quem vem do Porto é possível pegar um ônibus local que vai até a estação de Thira. De lá é só pegar outro ônibus em direção a Monolithos. No hotel é possível locar motos ou quadriciclos que são ótimos e muito utilizados por turistas e moradores da região.

Piccolo ma grazioso hotel a gestione familiare, accanto all'aereoporto e in poszione centrale sull'isola. Per muoversi bisogna noleggiare un mezzo (auto, moto) ma tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. Personale gentile e disponibile, location incantevole. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Swimming in the pool left your feet and legs covered in blue paint as the salt water was dissolving it.owner was aware but had no money to fix. Doors on room jammed and I was unable to get out for an hour even after shouting for help and letting off personal alarm. The owner was lovely to me on all other accounts and it was lovely quiet and very clean. Negotiate with your own taxi drivers for fare as much cheaper than resort offers. I was made to feel welcome and owner made it simper for me with my disability and I enjoyed the serenity after the noise of Athens.

Alejado de los centros de la isla, pero a medio camino entre Fira y Oía! Nosotras alquilamos una moto!

Eveyone was absolutely kind and helpful i would definitely come back! They also have here for you to rent car and scooters if needed.
