"Terrible won’t be visiting again"

Not a lot. However, the ladies at breakfast were very nice

The hotel wasn’t clean , just basic house keeping carpets etc needed hovering . We arrived at 10.45 pm the guy at the bar was very sullen , the lager was off so we left it , and the breakfast was basic but costly

"Low cost stopover ideal for Maidstone Hospital"

Convenient for Maidstone Hospital or for stopovers. Good breakfast and public facilities. Staff all very attentive and friendly. Ideal for a low cost overnight stay when visiting relatives in hospital.

The room (in rear block) needs a complete refurbishment, smelly carpets and whilst the bedding was clean, it did not feel that housekeeping was up to scratch.

"all in all not a bad stay, but remember 10% service charge added to everything"

Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice.

Was not aware when booked the restaurant was now mostly Indian cuisine. When I booked and tried to look at the menu error 404 came back. Believe the owners had only just taken over the hotel which might explain it. I cannot eat Indian Food.
