That it was very close to all chain of stores.

Our room smelled like funk and weed! Hair in a drawer and uncomfortable bedding. So glad I brought ours. A/C was not putting out what it was set at. Oh and the free breakfast you have to do better! Not everyone wants a sugar free chocolate chip waffle. It was terrible cause the chocolate chip wasn’t even a chip I couldn’t taste it and the waffle was rubbery. The only good thing all week was pre-made blueberry muffins they put out. Plus we found out the older gentleman didn’t know exactly what he was doing he canceled our previous reservation, charged us twice, and literally canceled my card I used for the reservation which literally canceled my card to where the company I have my card with thought someone stole it and now I have to get another one. When it was time to leave we were so happy, if we could have got another hotel we would have buy all hotels were full. What we did enjoy is speaking with the maids, they were extremely nice an helpful, plus the ladies at the front desk, and the young gentleman who worked overnight the morning we left. Once I figured we were charged twice the lady at the front desk was so nice and our money was back in our account within 15min.

Great location for us. The hotel was VERY clean in every area! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom was immaculate.

Maybe a little dated in decor and fixtures, but that changes with time. The extreme cleanliness made up for it, and was impressive.

There was a rattling noise in the room which would have made it difficult to sleep. The hotel gave me a fan for white noise which blocked the rattling. Decor is a bit dated. Needs to be renovated.

GREAT LOCATION

Location was great. Very nice facility.

Upon arriving to our room, we noticed that the a/c wasnt working. Maintenence came right away, determined that it couldn't be repaired. We were promptly given a new room. We appreciated their cooperation.

The staff at the Hampton Inn was gracious and welcoming. We brought our dog and they couldn’t have been more kinder and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Big Thank you to Mark who despite the hectic evening at the front desk saw to it that I got my roll-away cot in the room and kept me updated that he was still working on it. I also appreciate the property supporting the Ironman Eagleman participants with early breakfast the day of the race.

Front desk staff was helpful. They only offer “light” and “decaf” coffee which is odd. Why not dark roast? Fitness room only has 1 treadmill, an elliptical and a bike. The tiny pool is inside with no real place to sit outside.
