Overall stay very good - AC unit a bit noisey. Location very convenient for our needs. Service was excellent, front desk, room service and breakfast area staff - all very good!! Thank-you

The air /heat not working water not hot and the worst bed ever. Felt like sleeping on rocks.

Certain members of the staff were just unfriendly and mean. We were packing up to check out (it was 11:06am) when someone on the hotel staff knocked on our door and angrily told us that checkout is at 11am. They could see that we were packing up and about to leave the room yet felt the need to raise their voice with us on our way out. When I went outside to load up our bags in the car it turns out that there were other families loading up their cars and turning in their keys to leave at the same time. Wondering why we were being singled out by the hotel staff for being "late", I let the man at the front desk know about the other families and he started arguing with me. Ultimately, the official checkout time noted on our bill was 11:13am. The behavior and attitude here was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially for a short delay. Sadly, it was a bit of a sour note to the end of our nice trip and an experience that wasn’t a good reflection of the Hilton brand.

I would have given an excellent rating but our air conditioner was rather loud. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Suggestion: add microwave and or refrigerator

Breakfast was fine. Wish you had offerings of hot tea.

I would have liked an arm chair in my room To sit and read. Disappointed there was not a mini fridge in room nor an ice bucket. Again, tea bags in room would have been nice. Hotel
