Peppers The Hills Lodge

Comfy beds, quiet, big rooms,

Peppers is in a great location and quiet. It is very clean and staff were very helpful.

It probably needs a little bit of an update but not much.

Location for our daily venue great.

Access to upstairs rooms bit hard with suitcases

The staff are lovely and the location is great.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows were among the worst I've ever encountered. They were so small and flat that they literally folded in half, and it took three pillows stacked together just to achieve a basic level of comfort. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. There were old Band-Aids behind the bed and visible stains in the toilet, which left the room feeling poorly maintained and unhygienic. By the time we returned to the hotel at around 11pm, we were exhausted and it simply wasn't practical to request a room change or move all of our belongings. Had we discovered these issues earlier, we would have asked to be relocated, or for a refund so we could have found alternative accommodation,

Very quiet and good size room.

The cleaners need a to be spoken to about their effort. Under our bed was biscuit packets, empty bottle of water and a set of ear pods among other rubbish. Lazy and doesn't surprise me as the cleaner i saw going about her job was doing it while watching something on her phone. Your paid to work not watch tik too.

The minibar prices are too expensive.

Underground parking. Lovely staff.

My room was on a lower level and under the deck area where people were gathered and noise was till 10pm. People were enjoying themselves however it was late.
