Peppers The Hills Lodge

The location was great. The rooms were spacious and so clean. The beds were wonderful and just right. We will definitely stay again. The restaurant was the best. Very relaxing and the food I would give a 10. All the staff were friendly and caring for your needs. Nicest place we have stayed in for a long time . Loved it all.

Frühstück und Abendessen hat viel Potential nach oben. Für eine guten Café muss man z.B. extra zahlen, das Steak war trocken und überwürzt. Und der spa hat abends zu - so nützt er wenig;)

Staff, room, cleanliness, location.

Expensive for one person.

The breakfast had a good choice and the room was large. The bed was comfortable and was quiet. The reception and bar staff did a good job. The party organiser had it all worked out for us, to our requirements.

We were there alongside a mother's day breakfast, and the staff were a bit stressed and short with us on occasion. Perhaps the number of staff was a bit tin on this occasion.

Room service menu was very good, servings were huge, food excellent and priced on par with any cafe/restaurant. My bed was exceptional and woke up pain free unlike my OWN bed with my new mattress!

I find the room price a little high and find the ‘room service’ fee nothing more than a money grab as the name Room Service implies service to your room which requires no extra fee.
