The elevator was sketchy and the property was so big that we never tried to get breakfast because we were not sure how to even get to the breakfast area

Our room was nice and roomy. The kitchen area was great for the few days that we stayed and to keep leftovers and drinks. Everything was cleaned and staff was very nice. We did see some minor cosmic damage in the room.

"Great stay"

Very pleasant surprise after a previous stay at an Embassy suites. This hotel is very clean and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good with many selections and the evening social was very nice. They try very hard to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel in this area.

"Most Undesirable Location"

Very poorly maintained property. Shabby furnishings, furniture was damaged, fabrics ripped, curtains looked like they have never been cleaned. Dishes Not clean. Sad to see a Homewood property this bad. Homewood Suites use to be first class- sorry to see how far it has deteriorated.

Staff needs annual training because some of them cant even give you correct directions on how to get to the pool or how late the pool is open. Also the televisions need to be replaced they are soo old its crazy and half of them dont want to turn on at all. The breakfast was great and had plenty of options.
