Erroneamente eu reservei um quarto para PCD. A staff foi muito gentil em nos mudar de quarto. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Cama do quarto excelente, boa ducha e localização impecável. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Sinceramente, o hotel está bem caído. As instalações precisam de uma atualização urgente. O hotel como um todo. O café da manhã é bom mas o ambiente também está desatualizado. O banheiro do quarto exala odores desagradáveis. A cidade também não ajuda. Suja. Calçadas esburacadas e tortas. Impraticável para um cadeirante ou idoso.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Blue Tree Premium Manaus. The cleanliness was excellent, everything was spotless and very well organized. The room was comfortable, spacious, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!
