Older Building in overall good condition but not well maintained, front entrance had cigarette butts all over the ground, as did the pool area - this cod be such a great place with some upkeep!
Every staff member we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and up to date. It is extremely convenient to walk to the Plaza area for shopping and dining.
Great location to plaza, nice price, easy parking, big rooms, park across street with walking trail. Thumbs up all the way around.

Beautiful hotel in the nicest part of KC. We had a lovely & comfortable room with a 6 th floor view of the plaza.
Our mini fridge was a little noisy when it cycled through. The bar tender had trouble finding amaretto for a sour, but once she did, she quickly made one up for my wife. Overall it was a neat old apartment building converted into a modern hotel and if I’m in the area again, I would certainly stay there.
older building that has been converted/updated. King room was large. Checkin desk staff not friendly and, in fact, a bit rude.
