This is my second time at this location, and will always be my #1 hotel choice when I’m in town for work. Kaleb went above and beyond, making my check in and stay as smooth sailing as possible. Highly recommend for others. Clean, convenient location that allows you to walk anywhere you need for food, coffee, exercise, etc.

"Mold/Mildew in the Vents"

The staff is fabulous, friendly, and respectful. There is a mold and mildew problem at this property. They could use exhaust fans in the bathrooms. My child's allergies were activated by the visible mold and mildew in/on the vents. Oddly, the vents were also a source of noise. Conversations from a neighboring room were heard through the vents. It was difficult for attempting to fall asleep at night.

There for a convention. The highlights were the exceptional service in an overcrowded bar/tiny restaurant space by Felecia and Brandon on Friday night, the carrot cake (best ever!), the instant hot water in the shower, and the free parking. The dining room staff was exceptional. Only gripe was I couldn't get wifi even with Bonvoy, and trying was frustrating.
