Me and my boyfriend we came to the Aqua Bertran park on the 14th of June. We have had a lovely stay and the staff have been fantastic as always with a warm and friendly welcome/smile. The only negative I will give is the side gate which is located near the pool area that needs to be locked as random locals who aren’t staying at the hotel can just walk in. Which that did happen whiles we was staying here and they jumped in the pool with just there underwear on and then left straight afterwards, got to think about the safety of the guest who are staying in the Hotel! Thank you we hope to see you again soon
