"Fantastic hotel with great service and staff, let down by in house technology. Great food and drink and location."

The hotel is very well located in Lloret de Mar close to the centre and beaches which are 10 minutes walk to both. The main tourist strip with the sports bars are close but not close enough for the noise. The hotel is excellent with on site parking. The food is good qualty and all meals are buffet but with local bars and restaurants local meals and tapas are varied so when we come back we will come as bed and breakfast. The staff, all staff including reception, catering and cleaning are friendly and helpful and always happy to help, wonderful people. The on site pool and sun area is lovely and clean and welcoming in the heat The only down side is that the room TVs are not 'smart' so you cannpt 'cast or mirror' your personal tech to them as the hotel does not have Netfix and UK chanels are very limited, so i would mark the hotel down slightly for that. We had a fabulous time and will return, thank you Aqua Hotel Bertran Park.
