It’s always clean and the staff are friendly, the pool is lovely

Anna was very friendly to our daughter and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. The breakfast was to die for, so much variety, the rooms were very big and clean, staff was super friendly. Over all very clean hotel considering they just celebrated a 30 year aniversary. The management of the hotel is doing a very good job, and will definitly visit again. The hotel is at an almost 5 star level, I would rank it at 4.5 if there was a rating at its current state.

The only complaint that we had was they have some weired rule about not letting friends or parents go up to the rooms, which for us was a bit odd, as long as you tell the front desk then they will allow someone to come up for max 30 minutes to 1 hour.

No access to Netflix on the TV, the room is a bit basic

I was overall very happy with my stay at Faros. Location is excellent, short walk away from the action but far away enough for some noise insulation from the streets at night. Upon arrival my luggage was collected from the taxi by the porter Costas and later carried to my room for me. Anna at reception was very friendly upon greeting and always said hello when she saw me, nice feeling of familiarity as a solo traveller. Pools were kept clean and manned by the lifeguard, and the poolside bar was great (even had a staff member walking the deck chairs to take your order too!). Room size was good with a killer view. Many toiletries in the bathroom, sockets had UK plug compatibility so no adapter needed, tea and a water bottle in the room upon arrival too which was nice. Another friendly lady on reception (evening of 5th Oct, wish I got your name) even took pictures of me when I asked which was a highly appreciated gesture. Finally on checking out I could leave my luggage safely at reception to grab lunch before my airport taxi came. Top marks overall I'd happily stay again, especially since I didn't get round to trying the spa!

No major issues whatsoever, so just some minor suggestions: - Iron and optional ironing board in each room would be amazing, though I believe reception have one. - More channels (particularly English) on the TVs, I could only watch Al Jazeera and Bloomberg (though thankfully I like the news). - Toothpaste to accomodate the other toiletries and milk alongside the coffee creamer in the rooms for tea. - Didn't get round to using the gym but going off pictures, maybe the addition of a rowing machine and pull-up area to expand the choices but I appreciate the space looks quite small.

Super Zimmer direkt am Pool tolle Lage wenn man nicht unbedingt zum Strand will. Toll zum lädele und essen gehen. Die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt.

Die Matratzen müssten unbedingt ersetzt werden. Das Badezimmer hätte auch eine Renovation nötig. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
