The staff were very kind and welcoming, the breakfast was very good with a nice presentation. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to restaurants, stores and the port.

The only downside was the limited variety of fresh fruit at breakfast which i needed especially for the kids.

Location and staff amazing

The mattresses were so ridiculously hard gave us both bad backs, our 16 year old daughter wasn’t even given a proper bed slept on a sofa bed that would be ok for 1or 2 nights but wasn’t suitable for 10nights, very uncomfortable and not long enough for a 16 year old. This then also meant the room didn’t have a settee during our stay. Back to sitting on the hard beds

A személyzet kedvessége és rugalmassága kiemelkedő volt. Mindenki segítőkész és mosolygós, különösen a londiner, aki egyszerűen a legjobb ember! A szobák tiszták, rendezettek, és összességében nagyon kellemes volt a hotel hangulata.

Az ágy sajnos eléggé kifeküdt volt, ami egy kicsit rontott a kényelemen. Az ételek választéka lehetne változatosabb, mivel több napon is hasonló fogások voltak (gombás ragú, gombakrémleves, tejszínes gombás hús). Többször is előfordult hogy a vacsora közepén szárazak voltak a húsok. A konyhai személyzet kissé morcosnak tűnt, ami nem illik a hotel egyébként barátságos hangulatához.

Hôtel calme et très bien situé des magasins, restaurants et activités à Ayia Napa. À 10 minutes en voiture de la fameuse Plage Nissi ou 40 minutes à pied. La chambre était idéale,au rez de jardin. Elle est faite tous les matins, très spacieuse et les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. À disposition, robe de chambre, chaussons et plusieurs produits de toilette dans la salle de bain. Très bonne literie. Belle piscine et son bar les pieds dans l'eau. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. On peut le prendre dans la salle, comme sur la grande terrasse. Le personnel est formidable, accueillant, disponible, au petit soin en sachant être discret. Le spa inclus petite piscine, hammam, sauna, 1h c'est 20€. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

La porte du placard était malheureusement cassée. Un peu de tartre sur le carrelage autour de la baignoire. Mais ça reste de belles prestations.
