Amazing Hotel! Best stay I’ve ever had. Hotel is nicely decorated, rooms are comfortable and big. Fabulous food and drinks, including cocktail of the day. Great beach and pool facilities, you can always find a space no matter what time, which is not the case at other resorts. My daughter loved the kids club and the evening performances. Will be back next year.

This is a great resort and the staff make it what it is. A friendly team, always smiling and on hand to assist with anything they can including ensuring you are never without a drink! There is also a great choice of food across the resort so something for everyone. It is clear that offering the best service is at the forefront of this business, which is great to see.

The warmest of welcomes and we were wonderfully looked after during our 10 day stay. Having stayed in the Deluxe Collection and in a standard room, I wouldn't recommend paying the additional fee. The additional benefits aren't worth the significant extra money.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Food in all the restaurants is delicious. I don’t know how full the resort was but there was always plenty of space except around the adult pool.

Overall we had a phenomenal time at this hotel - everything had been thought of for the family right down to toddler purees on the menu at dinner! Food was of course fantastic. Room was a great size, and we loved having a little private garden although would have preferred a walled option with a baby! Kids club was fantastic and sensibly priced. My only criticism would be there is no shade over the childrens pool!

This is my second visit to this resort. The first time my wife and I travelled, we stayed here as part of our European tour and were so blown away by it that our second European tour was actually based around our stay here. This is simply the best resort I have ever stayed at. The service is second to none from the front desk to the bar staff to the cleaners, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurants here are incredible, all Michelin star and food is amazing. My wife was on a vegan diet while we were there and the chefs made sure she had whatever she wanted. The chefs created special dishes for her not on the menu and even came to our table to make sure she was happy. This year the hotel has added another guest service which is the hire of a car for a 24hr period completely free...just pay for your fuel. Cars were brand new minis and it really was a special bonus. Entertainment and facilities here are both of an extremely high standard and diverse. The many bars are all run extremely well with no waiting for someone to take your order...and the variety of drinks is infinite. Everything included in the price, even things you would not expect. WiFi is strong and stable so I was able to work when needed. Adult areas in bars and pools so if you wanted to be away from the families (which caused absolutely no issues) you could be. If you are looking for a place to be completely pampered then this is the place.

The best holiday resorts we've ever visited. The staff couldn't do more to make it a nicer stay, the facilities are top notch - from a selection of outdoor pools to a spa and a private blue flag beachfront - and the food is wonderful, with a variety of restaurants to go along with buffet. The all inclusive experience is exceptional.

The food, drinks, service and the pools were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A lovely chap even came and cleaned my sunglasses while I lay by the pool.
